Introduction

Welcome to Mission Mofos. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mission Mofos mobile application (the "App"), operated by MoveMofos ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The App is a life design platform that provides tools for goal setting, journaling, vision boarding, habit tracking, affirmations, and personality insights to help you design and live your ideal life.

Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You can create an account directly within the App or sign in with an existing account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions

Access to Mission Mofos features requires an active subscription, available as auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the App via your Apple ID.

• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Apple ID will be charged for the selected subscription plan.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription Plans

• Monthly: $9.99 per month with a 7-day free trial.
• Yearly: $79.99 per year with a 7-day free trial (save 33%).

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increases.

User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including but not limited to journal entries, goals, visions, affirmations, anchor moments, activity logs, and non-negotiable habits (collectively, "User Content").

By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. We will not use your User Content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Use the App for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the App, or is otherwise objectionable.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings or by contacting support@missionmofos.com. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoveMofos and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any content or conduct of any third party on or related to the App.
• Any decisions or actions taken based on content provided through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MoveMofos operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
